Pavan visited Pragathinagar lake along with his father. It smelled very bad around the lake. He and his father could not bear it at all. He wondered why the air smelled so bad. Then he observed something. He saw a lot of people throwing garbage in the lake. They were throwing all sorts of things. There was a municipality board that said “NO LITTERING”. Yet people were dumping garbage in the lake.
