Once upon a time there was a huge lake. Nobody
knew that in a far
unknown corner of the lake, existed a beautiful island.
The island had very
beautiful trees of many varieties. There were big stretches1 of tall grassland along the edge of the island,
and even a small mountain made of big rocks on the other end of the island.
The island was home to a large variety of birds. There were ducks, parrots, beautiful peacocks, eagles soaring on the small mountain, hummingbirds and lots of other birds. People lived on the edges of the lake and years passed but the island remained out of sight of the people.
One day it so happened that a poor man was sailing alone in his boat. The winds were very strong and this person could not row his boat back to the edge of the lake. He instead came close to the island.
He was thrilled to see the beautiful island. He watched the beautiful birds and sailed around the island. When the winds settled, he was able to sail back home. Later he decided that he could bring other people on his boat and show them the birds on this island. He slowly started to bring people on his boat close to the island, show them the beautiful birds, then take them back home.
