He stopped building the house and decided he will keep a distance from the island. After a few weeks, the birds started to come back. The man was thrilled again but he learnt his lesson. He kept distance from the island and only enjoyed the birds by sailing around the island. He also decided that he will not bring people very close to the island so that the birds live as they used to live before.
